Secure On-line Ordering
We are committed to ensuring that your online transactions with us are safe. Our online store uses the latest industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt any data sent between your web browser and our server. Using an SSL enabled browser, such as Netscape Navigator 2.0 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.1 or higher, will ensure this safety.

Most web browsers have a "security preferences" area where you can enable security notification and other options. With these options set (they are by default) you will be notified that you are about to enter a secure area when you enter the store (the secure area "begins" at our purchase form).

Furthermore, you can identify a secure transmission area by two other indications from you web browser. First, the URL of a secure page will begin with https:// rather than http://. Second, a security icon will appear in your web browser:

• Netscape Navigator displays an "unbroken key" in the lower left of the window.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer displays a "closed lock" in the bottom right corner of the window.

Shipping Information
All shipments are made by UPS or FEDEX. Shipping cost is added upon checkout and includes insurance. Please allow 2 weeks for product delivery.     International Orders
Shipping charges for International orders vary as various countries have restrictions and added charges. Upon checkout, an e-mail confirmation will be sent with Shipping and Insurance charges for acceptance.     Refunds or Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange your product or refund the full purchase price of the product plus shipping charges and CA state tax, if applicable.     HipKaddy One Year Warranty
All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period, Tee2greens LLC, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired, or modified. Tee2greens LLC shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. No warranty is made with respect to custom products produced to original Buyer specifications, except as specifically stated in writing by Tee2greens LLC. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that neither Tee2greens LLC nor any agent or representative of Tee2greens LLC has made any warranty, promise or guarantee regarding the product or its suitability for any particular use except as expressly set forth herein. The Tee2greens LLC warranty shall not be enlarged, diminished, or affected by, and no obligation or liability shall arise or grow out of, Tee2greens LLC's rendering of technical advice or service in connection with any product furnished thereunder. Tee2greens LLC makes no representation or warranty whatsoever to Buyer with respect to the performance, appropriate use, safety or characteristics of the products, except as expressly provided herein. Tee2greens LLC reserves the right to make modifications without prior notification.  

THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TEE2GREENS LLC SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS INVESTMENT, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND/OR INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TEE2GREENS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCTS OR ANY DEFECT THEREIN CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO OR FAILURE OF OTHER EQUIPMENT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
